City of Waverly Public Works Replacement Building
Waverly, Tennessee

10,000 SF replacement building. Included vehicle maintenance areas, business offices, warehouse storage, and various other support spaces. The new building replaces the existing public works building that was destroyed during the 2021 floods. Worked in collaboration with FEMA.

Humphreys County Schools New Waverly K-8 School
Waverly, Tennessee

200,000 SF replacement school. This facility will replace the 2 schools destroyed in 2021 by severe flooding. Project will include 2 lower K-6th wings and a separate 7th-8th wing on the opposite side of campus. School will utilize shared spaces for gym, play room, cafeteria, etc.

Humphreys County Schools K-8 Temporary School Waverly, Tennessee

86,000 SF temporary K-8 school. Complete renovation of an existing warehouse into a temporary school in response to 2021 flooding that destroyed 2 schools. Project schedule was 8 weeks for full design documents. Site work including parking, bus drop off, and parent queuing included.

Manchester City Schools Westwood Middle School Classroom Addition Manchester, Tennessee

6,000 SF classroom addi on to an existing middle school. Addition includes 4 classrooms, storage rooms, restrooms to serve the classrooms and 2 located at the south on an exterior wall to serve the adjacent outdoor athletic fields.
